Heather Ardley has lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for 9 years. Originally from Canada, she holds degrees in both Exercise Science and Physical Therapy from the Universities of Calgary and Toronto. She has been working as a Licensed Physical Therapist for 14 years, and is certified in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. She is also certified as a Level 1 Peak Pilates Instructor, training with Robin Beck, P.T. When she's not practicing Physical Therapy, Heather loves to rock climb, ski, snowboard and hike. She also enjoys hiking with her dogs (and shelter dogs) and practicing Pilates and Yoga. Heather is very excited to bring her extensive knowledge of anatomy and Orthopedics to teach Pilates at Studio 360.

Robin  Beck, a Colorado native, graduated with honors from The University of Colorado with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Kinesiology. She received a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver. In 2000, she became a Certified Pilates Instructor after completing her study at the Pilates Center of Boulder. In 2007, Robin was accepted into the Master's Program at the Pilates Center which is considered to be the Harvard of Pilates education programs. From her perspective as a Physical Therapist, Robin has recognized and embraced the teachings of Joseph Pilates as an efficient and effective means to provide rehabilitative as well as full body conditioning. The results enjoyed by her clients continue to be more than impressive. In addition to her professional role as a Physical Therapist and Pilates Instructor, Robin is also a Master Teacher for Peak Pilates® worldwide, including training Pilates Instructors in Japan. Robin's passion for Pilates and excellence in both teaching and practice is unparalleled and she is an inspiration to both students and teachers everywhere.

Margaret received her Pilates certification through the Physical Mind Institute in 2001. Her initial schooling was comprised of Physical Mind's variations and modifications for rehabilitation as well as The Pilates Center of Boulder's Classical repertoire and pureness in keeping with Joseph Pilates' ideas and directives of movement. Margaret recently completed the prestigious Master's Program at The Pilates Center where she continued to study the Classical Program, its proper flow, and its true intent within movement. She has graced the pages of Trail Runner magazine and has had her publications on Pilates appear in Trail Runner and Mountain Parent Magazine. Margaret has worked with a wide variety of clients, including pre- and post-op, geriatric, pre- and post-natal, athletes of all degrees and every body type in between. She has taken her own body through pre-natal, post-natal and C-section recovery. Both mommy and baby are healthy and strong and can be found exploring the trails around the Roaring Fork Valley.

Congratulations to Margaret on the birth of a beautiful daughter!

Robyn holds a Doctorate of Ministry degree in Wisdom Spirituality and is a licensed Physical Therapist. Her professional journey and personal path have led her to explore the roots of healing to create a truly holistic view of health care. She approaches her practice from a movement-based perspective while integrating her trainings as a Certified Pilates Instructor, Certified Biosomatics Movement Educator and many years of study and practice of yoga, martial arts, bodywork, meditation and dance. She specializes in helping one recognize habitual movement compensation and holding patterns that short-circuit the nervous system's ability to function effectively while developing solid foundational patterns of healthy movement and a support system with the deep core muscles. She guides self discovery of habits and patterns that contribute to pain, stress, injury and disease and helps to ultimately establish new patterns of ease and freedom within the body-mind. Robyn has lived in the Roaring Fork Valley on and off for the past 13 years. She is very excited to be a part of the Studio 360 team and collaborate with practitioners and clients who are interested in and committed to a body-centered and movement-based approach to movement and health.

Lisa Rashbaum received her Bachelor's Degree with Distinction from Cornell University and did her Master's Degree work at Seton Hall University. Receiving her Fitness Instructor certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as well as a Spinning® certification in the late 90s, Lisa began teaching to nurture her passion for promoting health and wellness in her community. An avid skier and biker, Lisa chose Pilates in 2005 as an alternative therapeutic solution to address pain and performance issues from a serious knee injury and several surgeries. In discovering Pilates as an incredibly effective pathway to recovery and a powerful mind/body conditioning system, Lisa was inspired to study with Robin Beck and receive her Pilates certification in 2006 from Peak Pilates. Inspired to delve even more deeply into the power of the mind/body connection and understand imagery and its role in promoting healthy movement patterns, Lisa also worked with Eric Franklin, founder of the Franklin Method® and the Franklin Institute in Switzerland, to receive her Franklin Method Level I certification in 2007 and Level II in 2009. Lisa delights in sharing her passion for healthy movement with her students, experiencing their improved strength, flexibility, energy and general overall well-being, and in helping students to realize their wellness goals.

Pilates is "...where flat feet, curvature of the spine, protruding stomach, stooped shoulders, hollow chest, hollow back, and bow legs are cured through corrective exercises." - Joseph Pilates
